Twelve thousand years ago man lived in peace with one another, the earth flourish and people lived long healthy lives. All was well, until the One Hundred Year meeting when Inanna, High Priestess and Chief of the Balance, begins to feel a distinct darkness approaching and wonders if it is tied to the rapid technological advancements and legendary experiments of one of the earth tribes, Atlantis. Follow Inanna as she travels the globe in an effort to slow down the approaching dark and hide the sacred knowledge of The Balance before the great deluge.

Negotiating our daily lives, while maintaining a healthy body, and clear head, is becoming more and more challenging during these modern times. Cell phones, computers, TV, ipods, all demand tremendous amounts of our time and energy. The impact on our nervous systems is greater than we realize. Nervous system and stress disorders abound. Sleeplessness, depression and anxiety are rampant.
There is a cure….Movement and Breath.
By moving the body rhythmically, in a combination with breath and other focus exercises, we have the ability to sooth our frayed nervous systems and restore internal harmony within the body’s glandular system.
